  2. Incorrect Items Delivered: In case you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or process a refund.
  3. Product Expired: If a delivered product has expired, we will take immediate corrective action.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds or returns will not be applicable in these cases:

  • Products that are opened or used, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • Change of mind after the order has been delivered.
  • Items purchased under clearance or special promotions (unless damaged or defective).
  • Claims for damaged products without a proper box-opening video.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.
