Refund and Return Conditions

- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or compromised in quality, you can request a refund or replacement. To validate your claim, we require a clear, unedited video of the box opening to verify the product was damaged upon receipt.
- Incorrect Items Delivered: In case you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or process a refund.
- Product Expired: If a delivered product has expired, we will take immediate corrective action.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds or returns will not be applicable in these cases:
- Products that are opened or used, except in cases of damage or defect.
- Change of mind after the order has been delivered.
- Items purchased under clearance or special promotions (unless damaged or defective).
- Claims for damaged products without a proper box-opening video.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.
